which site should we check 2nd NL?

excuse me okay its just a suppose okay.lets suppose that i didnt got the mail by the KCC in my email address but visa bulletin shows me i am current then where shall i check for the 2nd NL? plz help i am a selecetee waiting for dv 2015 october interview and the VB is going to publish within 6 days.so plz help me

You aren't current yet, but once you are you will get an email. That email tells you to check the ESC website - where you saw the letter saying you had been selected. In that site you will see your appointment details.
