All,

Can anyone point me to a resource where I can find out how to determine which I-140 service centre an application is lodged though?

Ie we've got California, Nebraska, Texas and Vermont. Does each centre handle specfic states? Regions? Is there a list somewhere?

Thanks,
Doug.

your I-140 has to be filed with the service center that cover your employer head office

Is that true?
My company's head office is in Baltimore but my labor application is for a job location in Kansas. My labor certification letter from Chicago DOL categorically menitoned "This certification must be attached to the I-140 petition and filed with the INS at the Nebraska centre"

I think, in case of I-140, it is the service centre for the job location.

Sorry dgarstang didn't mean to digress..just wanted clarification.
