Which Service Center to file?

I am an L-2 dependent in Cincinnati, Ohio, and planning to apply for EAD. My spouse\'s employer is in NY. Anybody know where to send the application to? Vermont, Nebraska, Cleveland, or Cinci itself?
Anybody in Ohio?
This is a first time application.
