which service center should I send EAD renewal after case transferred to MSC?

You have to apply EAD to MSC. I have applied e-EAD and you need to send supporting document to
BCIS Service Center (MO)
Attn: E-Filed I-765
P.O. BOX 648000
LEE'S SUMMIT, MO 64064
You will get the address in you confirmation receipt (don't forget to print).
I have applied I-EAD on 1st Nov.2003 and still waiting for approval.

Have you called BCIS to schedule appointment for fingerprints and photos? how long is gonna to be? also, you did e-file and still need send paper documents to the address. do you think the e-file is complicated than traditional paper filing? (I feel so)

yes, I called BCIS to schedule appointment. They gave after 1 month in ATLANTA but I went early on SATURDAY afternoon and they took early fingerpronts and photo. Even they took my 2nd FP without notice after I explained to supervisor.
You need to send I-485 receipt and for renewal you need to send orignal paper you received with EAD. I like E-FILE and does not seen any complication.

I just did e-file, do we need send supporting documents right away or we need wait their request to send the supporting documents? I am confusted on the receipt, in the middle paragraph it says" DO NOT send photos or copies of identification unless requested to do so." but, on the bottom of the receipt, it says" APPLCANT IS MAILING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION".

The process tells you exactly what to send- you probably did not note that? It does not repeat that in the end- you get only one chance. Now in addition it is telling what not to send- that is good.
It had asked me to send the 485 receipt. You can send that + AP/I-94, the old EAD etc.
You need to send ASAP- why wait.

FYI..My son's EAD (e-EAD) got approved at MSC on 02/03/2004. His RD was 11/01/2003 and notice date was 11/03/2003. They took 90 days!

I applied online 10/16/2003 for EAD. When I called them (NSC) they said I dont need to send anything. I dont remember seeing to send anything. I am still waiting. Do I really need to send all the docs. The receipt notice says "do not send unless requested".

I have sent the supporting doctments after read your messages. Now, I have another problem. when I called the 800 number to schedule an appointment, I was told all ASC in NYC were full, they have no appointment for futher 42 days. what should I do now? any ideas? Thanks.

I think you can call then back and ask then to give you an appointment date in another town,for exemplo New Rochelle,NY we only waited 2 weeks to get app. scheduled in N.Rochelle.

Just take any appointment date and go to nearing ASC on a less busy day/time and tell them that I have appointment for today and provide the time you reach there. They will check in the list and will say you don't have appointment..You just tell them that I called 800 no. and took the appointment may be they mad mistake and they didn't add my name in the list..They will allow you..if they won't then explain your situation about your 485 case is pending for so many days like that and they will allow you..I did same here for my whole family twice here in Atlanta.
