We contacted Melvin Watts. The response was good with Watt's office. they got back to us in couple of days but with the standard response that VSC is processing 01/15/02 cases and will be couple of months to look at your cases. But we got approved in next couple of weeks after the congressman's iquiry. We don't know if it was because of congressman's inquiry or if it is sheer luck.
