Which SC is better TSC or CSC ????

One of my friends is going to apply for the I-485 and his attorney gave a choice to apply either in TSC or CSC. Which one you guys think is a better option based on your experience. Appreciate your valuable inputs.

It is confusing. I read some old posts on this board that you can only file 485 to the service center where you are currently residing. But my lawyer is asking the same question: "VSC" or "CSC"?

Can somebody provide some information on this?

CSC seems to be better as for timing is concerned.

As for wether you can do it: check with your company, their lawyers, and see if there is any approved precedence.
I live in Minneapolis and got approved thru CSC (beacuse my company HQ is in CSC)

I believe as a rule you can only file your I-485 to the service center approving your I-140. When you order I-485 directly from INS, you will see this clear instructions on the front page. How come you have a choice of TSC and CSC?

He has the choice because his company is in LA but he works in TSC region. Thanks to all who have responded.
