which processing time i should look for

I live in VA which is under VSC service center and My attorney is filing my I-140 and I485(concurrent) in Nebraska service center. I think Neb. center will forward my case to VSC center. which processing time should i look for I-485 procecessing?

Why is he filing at NSC? Tell him to file at VSC, atleast its faster than Nebraska.

Hi kjkool,

The same thing came in my mind and i asked my attorney the same and she said that for concurrent filing, I-140 and I-485 need to filed at the same place and that should be NSC as my employer is in Michigan.
