Which passport number on OCI miscellaneous form?

Hi, my kid just got a new passport and I need to fill in the OCI MF. I go to the first page and put in her details. I put in the old passport number on the first page. After it verifies, it asks me the reason. I select "Change of Passport Particulars". After that, it gives me another text box to input the passport number (Latest Passport No to be transferred, as per the Q). My Q is, which number should I put there? Old or new? I tried putting in the new number along with the new passport's issue date, but when I print the hard copy of the application, it prints the new number for line 8, but prints the old passport's issue date. Can someone clarify this?

Problem solved.

Thanks to all who looked at this Q.

I tried again putting in the new passport number with the proper issue date. This time it worked. It printed the new number with the right issue date. I must have been doing something wrong or their web site was misbehaving... Who knows?
