Which part the of states all you winners mostly settle in?

I really like Chicago. For 8 or 9 months a year. If you can handle a pretty brutal winter, it’s fine. Climate rest of the year isn’t bad. It’s a surprisingly beautiful and vibrant city imo. I have friends who live there and friends who went to college there.
