Which office to file I-485 - Not sure which category do I belong to

I am a foreign national in the US on H1B (approved). Got married to a US citizen; need to adjust status.

Trying to figure out which category I belong to in order to send I-485 to the right office.

This (I know) - "Spouse... of a US citizen" -- file to Chicago, IL

Or, this:
"If form I-485 is based on an underlying Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker" - file to Lincoln, NE

I am confused about "based on an underlying Form I-140". Since my H1B has been approved, do I belong to this category now?

No. You do not have an approved I-140, nor are you filing based on employer sponsorship.

Ok, makes sense. I wasn't sure what my H1B approval was "called" - I-140 or what.
