After filing N-400, how do I know which local office will handle my case? Is this local office also where I go to fingerprinting?

The finger printing is done at ASC (Application support centers).

I'm in CA, location wise it's closer to San Jose, but my FP was assigned to San Francisco ASC (instead of San Jose ASC). Does this mean my case will be handled by San Francisco office?

Any insight would be appreciated.
