I came to US on H4 visa later changed to H1. My husband\'s six year time will expire on February. But I got my H1 visa until June. Can I stay until June or do I have to leave on February?. Which one is valid?
You must consult with an attorney but from what you mentioned in your note, you should have no problem to stay legally till June as once your status changes to H-1 you are no longer dependent on your husband\'s status.
