I got my Labor certification and I-140 from CSC. Job location has been mentioned as working “in various locations” in US. Now I am working in NC.
Can I file my AOS from TSC. Do I have an option of fileling from any other service center (TSC,VSC,NSC) other than CSC or do I need to file from CSC only.
If I file from one of these centers other than CSC is it going to delay the process and do I get any assessment notice?
