my RD/ND of I140 is in March 04 and still waiting.
Which is the appropriate way to start enquirey.???

1.Employer or Attorney or Senetor.

Members with this experiance pls let me know.
 
Better to start with Attorney.
My attorney sent an inquiry on 2/1/05 and my I-140 was approved on 2/7/05.
