Which is faster? Getting married now or wait for the citizenship.

I'd overstayed for 2 yrs, entering legally with B2. My domestic partner for over 1 yr had just got his citizenship interview today. For an urgent matter, I need to visit my home country (Asia).

1. Pls help which step could get me faster leaving the US:

a Get married now + apply for Advance Parole/Travel Document
b. Wait until my boyfriend got his citizenship + apply for Travel Doc

If I do either a or b and leaving the US after my Advance Parole is approved, Am I getting the 10yr bar/waiting period in my home country in order to re-enter to US ???

2. What happens if I leave the US before my Advance Parole is appoved ?
(since it takes 30-90 days ... maybe I won't be able to wait this long).

AP is useless in your case. if you leave the US before getting GC, you will be banned to enter the US next 10 years.

If you leave, you'll be banned for 10 years, AP or not. You cannot leave until you have your GC.
