Which information I should use?

small company A (bay area)help me apply LC and approved right now.
Company B (TX) accquired company A few months ago and I keep the same work and same position, but company A still keep TAX ID and payroll still use company A name,
Company B have very good finance stability, my question is:
Which company information I should use while file I-140?

It depends.
If the Company-B has acquired all assets & liabilities of Company-A as part of the acquisition, then only Company-B can file your 140. (This is what happend with my LC)

If not, consult a lawyer.
