which forms to fill for dependents

Hi,

My wife is filing her green card and her labor has been approved. She is filing I-140 and I-485 concurrently and I will be added as a dependent. (I am currently on H-1).

The lawyer has given us I-140, I-485, I-765, G-325 and I-134 forms to fill out.

Do I (the dependent) also have to fill out all these forms and submit them? If not, which ones do I need to fill?

Is I-134 (affidavit of support) required?

You have to fill the following forms, I-485, I-765, G-325 and I-134.

The affidavit of support is required (I-134)
 
Isnt the I-134 an affidavit of support. I thought that the primary applicant will fill that for the dependents.

Does the dependent have to fill the I-134 too?

I-140 is not required to fill by the dependent, right?

On form I-140 your wife has to fill employee part only, Dependent name is written on it in some column and your out of US address is also filed up by employee then the I-140 form is completed by lawyer and sent to Employer and is singed by employee and employer your wife LC will be attached with that and all her Educational evaluation, EXP letters will be attached with that. From employer side his financial documents will be attached to show that he can pay.
Dependent is not required to fill up form I-40
For Dependent:
G325A (4 copies) I-485, I-765 (for EAD) I-131 (for Advance parole)
Total 6 photographs, BCIS fee checks for I-765 ($120) for I-131 ($110) Fingerprinting Fees ($ 50) I-485 filing fee ($255) and medical results, copies of all your H1 or H4 approval notices copies of all I-94 and copy of your passport pages that show any Visa, DOB, your Photo, Passport # date of issue, validity and all the pages that have any kind of stamps on pages and marriage certificate, birth certificate or non availability certificate with 2 affidavits.

Your wife primary applicant has also to submit the same from her side and I-134 an affidavit of support with her papers
