I have changed employer in Sep 2005.
My former employer's Visa is expiring in Feb 2007.
Current employer's I-94 is valid until Sep 2008.
Which expire date is effective for my re-entry in U.S?
Please someone teach me !

if you fly they take away i94 and give you new one when you come back which is valid till your visa is.
If you're going to Canada by car they not always do that but you can ask them for a new i94.

Visa expiration date indicate the last day you can enter United States; your I-94 expiration date indicate the last day you can stay in the United States.

Above said is correct to my knowledge. Based on your data and my experience, you can re-enter US thru your former employers visa bye Feb 2007.
