Which date is the priority date for EB1???

Gurus:

I have 2 dates written on my EB1 I-140 receipt notice: one is the date on which the application was received, the other is the date on which a Notice of Action was sent. Which one should be considered my priority date? (Since there's no labor certification priority date for EB1). Thank you so much!

also if you have approved I-140: When the USCIS approves petition it sends both the petitioner and the lawyer a Notice of Approval (Form I-797). This document shows your priority date.
