Which center to send concurrent I-485 filing for E-filed EB-1A?

Hi,

This is my first posting here and any response from those with similar experience is greatly appreciated.

I e-filed my I-140 today and it was routed to TSC - A trick I learned from this forum.

Now I need to send in the supporting materials for I-140 to TSC. I am concurrently filing I-485 and I-765, and an I-907 for premium processing. I really want to put all the forms (with application fees) and supporting materials in one big envelop and send them to TSC. Can anyone tell me if TSC will accept them all and process them separately? The reason I'm asking is because of the following notice in the confirmation receipt of my e-filed I-140:

* DO NOT send a copy of your e-filed application with your supporting documentation.
* DO NOT include any applications or fees with your supporting documentation for this e-filed application.

It seem they don't want me to send them all forms (I-140, I-485, I-765, I-907) in one envelope. However, would it be ok if I send the supporting documentation for I-140 in one envelop, and the other forms and fees in another, both to TSC?

If somebody who has done concurrent filing with an e-filed I-140 can give me some tips, it'll be great and deeply appreciated!

Good luck to you all,

ok nobody answered my question but i called their service center to find it out.
All concurrently filed applications and fees should be sent to the same addr shown on the confirmation receipt for the e-filed i-140, just as i suspected.

Hi Eclipse,

let me ask you for confirmation:
since on the I-907 for the PP says that you need to send I-140 and I-907 to NSC I want to make sure that I understand this correctly.

If you want your I-140 to go the TSC and still do PP, one need to efile the I-140 with no additional supporting documentation and with no I-907. Once you get the receipt notice, then you would file the I-907 together with the supporting documents and the checks to TSC (and not to NSC).
Is that correct?

I also do not understand why they said not to include the checks? Did you include them in your package to TSC?

Also, is it sufficient to use on the letters of support "To: United States Citizenship and Immigration Services" without indicating the full address?

Thanks!

Did you only e-filed I-140, not I-485, right?

You only did e-filing for your I-140, and you did not e-filing your I-1485, I-765, I-131, right?

Thanks.
