My understanding is that the current visa determines the service center to file. But, if during a pending NIW at one center, I change my job so the current visa is in another region, can I file another NIW case at the new center? Assuming both centers are aware of these two pending cases, do they still process the cases indepentently so the chance being approved is doubled, or they stop one case or both?
I also want to confirm that the 485 has to be filed to the center at where the 140 got approved, not optionally to the current center?
