Where to start

I am a Canadian working in the US under TN status, I was reading multiple threads here on Canadians getting the GC without H1B, I wonder if that is achievable or not in reality, in case it is, please advice on where to start from, I am completely new to this, any help is appreciated.
 
if you read any of these threads, you are then aware that it is both achievable and real.
So, you start by having your employer sponsor you for a Green card.
I will leave it at that.
