Where to send stamped AP?

My wife just came back to the US using AP. I remeber that it is necessary to send the stamped AP back to USCIS. Is it true? If it is necessary, can someone tell me the address to send it to? We are in the NSC. Thanks a lot.

I dont think you need to send the stamped AP anywhere. Its stamped because you are parolled into the USA till the stamp date or I485 approval.
Just keep it for your records.

---NOT true, you dont need to send AP to CIS or any department, where did you read that or who told you that AP after entry is to be sent to CIS???
