Where to send NIW-based 485, Chicago or VSC?

Where shall I send 485? I filed I-140 based on NIW at VSC one year ago. Now,
where shall I send in 485, is it Chicago or VSC? Just want to make sure.

VSC. It's stated claerly on I-485 filing instruction -- same as your I-140.
