Where to send EAD & AP renewal

Hello Guru,

My 1st EAD and AP getting exp in 4 months. Now the time come to renewal. This time I am planning to apply Paper based filling (EAD & AP) myself.

Could you please help in regards. I have gone thru the portal. I collected for information about documents details. But I did not get much information about where I suppose to mail.

"Iowa based company filed my GC. I-485/AOS is pending with Nebraska Service Center, but I am living in New Jersey since my GC start."


Q1. I-765 form (EAD renewal): where I have to mail, Please let me know complete address?

Q2. I-131 form (AP renewal): where I have to mail, Please let me know complete address?

Q3. Can I write personal checks for application fees?

ARE THE above MAILING ADDRESSES CORRECT?????

Addresses in you port are PO Box addresses ... At these addresses you can only send using the USPS....

On the USCIS site there is another address which you can use to send the paper application using the FED EX or other overnight service...

that address is

USCIS
Nebraska Service Center
850 S Street
P.O. Box 87131
Lincoln, NE 68508


Here use the P.O. Box 87131 (for AP) and 87765 ( for EAD) as second line of address so that the mail dept. know about the type of application....

I donot know answer for two questions??? Please help to fill the form I-765 for EAD renewal.

My last entry which was on H1B (over six years), but now I am on EAD.
Q15. Current Immigration Status?

Q16. Is it (c)(9) ? (AOS I-485 pending at NSC).

I guess - It need to be (C) (0) (9)

and your last mode of entry will ge H1B and current status will be
AOS (EB I-485 Applicant)

I have a question for my wife EAD renewal applicaiton.

My wife got SSN after first EAD approval. But She has a Tax Indentification # (TIN) which is used for IRS.

Will we mention both (Social and TIN) in I-765?
I have to fill the question in I-765 form for my wife Q9. Social Security Number (Include all Numbers you have ever used) (if any).

What would be A#?
Actually, There are two A# on approvals One is start with A97 11x xxx and other one start with 097 1xx xxx .

Please help in answering the above questions.

A: No. Only SSN.

yif you carefuklly look these wo number you will see that the 0 before the 97 is the only difference ... You can write in any of the above format ...
