Where to find Approval Date of previous EAD?

I am filing EAD renewal for my spouse.
Where can i find "Approval Date" for my last EAD? which document has that info? Is it Notification Date on EAD approval notice or somewhere on EAD card?

EAD Renewal thru E-filing

Hi,

My EAD is expiring on 09/23/08 and i would like to renew it.I have already created a profile on USCIS sit for e-filing and completed forms I-765, I-131 for myself and my wife.

My question is do i need to send photographs for EAD or AP renewal and are there any documents need to be mailed as additional information.

I want to file the EAD/AP electronically instead of using an attorney as there are additional costs involved.Is it ok to do this on my own but at the same time i just don't want to take any risk as my wife is currently working on her EAD and i don't want to have any delay in process due to errors or missing info from filing electronically.

Your kind advice would be greatly appreciated.
