Where to file N-600 for Chicago area residents?

I am filing N-600 for my minor daugther (13 years)...we got her a US passport when we got ours after naturalization. Where should I file the form? The form instructions says nearest field/district office. However the Chicago field office at 101 W Congress Pkwy does not have N-600 as a form serviced at that location. Can someone who has sent the application to this address confirm that this is the right location please?

According to www.uscis.gov they do process the form, the filing information on their home page is incorrect.
