Where to file my AP

Hello All,

1. Can you please tell me where I can file my second AP?
My I-485 is pending in California Service Center.
My first AP is expiring soon and I want to file for a new one myself without the use of a lawyer.

2. Also I need to renew my EAD, I have the forms ready and I want to

Go to uscis site and click on forms 131(AP) and 765(EAD).
Go to service center link in the same site. Find what Where to File says about 131 and 765. See the FAQ in this forum and in I485 FAQ.
 
Hi,

I cheked the I-131 forms and the website and found out that I need to send my AP forms to CIS Nebraska Service Center, even if my case is in California Service Center!

Is this true?

Where to File: The office to file this form varies according to what is being requested. Please be sure you know what you are requesting - reentry permit, refugee travel document, advance parole or humanitarian parole - before submitting this form. Failure to file the form with the correct office may cause delay in processing or denial of the benefit. The instructions on the form have been superseded by the following requirements:


If you are applying for Advance Parole (to leave the U.S.), send your application to the District or Sub-Office with jurisdiction over your place of residence, or to the Service Center if your case is pending there.

If u r applying Refugee doc or re-entry permit then you need to send to NSC. Go thru the links and based on your state find the corresponding POBOX for 131 in CSC.
