Where to file I485

My I140 EB2 NIW was submitted at TSC, then transferred and proved at NSC. Where should I file I485?? TSC OR NSC???

Depends on where you live. Check where your jurisdiction falls under - if NSC, then file there. For I-485, there is no difference between various service centers - give or take a few weeks.
 
This what is mentioned on CIS website....for 1485 application

IF you live in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin or Wyoming, send your application to the Nebraska Service Center.
