hey, guys
It might sound not smart but I want to make sure that I am sending my I-485 to right place. my I-140 (NIW) just got approved and I am living in NC. according to the I-485 instruction, I think I supposed to send I-485 to Dallas lockbox facility. Is that correct?
The wording in the instruction make me little confused.
