Where to file I-485 and risk factor?

Hi, folks, here is my situation:

I filed my second self petition NIW (the first one was denied) with TSC in October 2000 when I was working for a company in TSC area. I moved to California last December and worked in the similar field as before. I just learnt from the automated message that my case was approved today. I am wondering where I should submit my I-485? Since CSC is much faster, I would like to submit to CSC. Can I do that? Also, I changed job since the filing of NIW. Will I meet any risk during I-485? I am paying my company\'s attorney to file my labor certification now and they will file it next week. Should I stop this process as I am paying both processes! Do they interfere with each other, especially in the I-140 and I-485 stage? Thanks for input!

Hi, I am in the similar situation as yours except that I am on EB1-EA and has been in CSC. I changed my job before I-140 approval. Per my attorney, there should not be any problem since we are the petitioners. But there is posibility that a local office interview is called for you to prove you are still in the same field. I am going to file my I-485 and meanwhile ask my current employer to write a letter for myself to verify i am doing the same work in case I will receive an interview. As to your first question regarding to which SC to file, I don\'t have a definite answer. From my gut I think that is OK to file in CSC. But I suggest you ask your attorney.
