Where to file EAD? Case Transfer from VSC to TSC

Gurus,

My I-485 has got transferred to Texas Service Center from Vermont. Last time I filed my EAD/AP with VSC. Now please let me know where do I need to file my EAD/AP?

How long does it take for EAD these days. I just noticed I have only one month left in my current EAD.

It takes from 3 weeks up to 6 months. Mine is pending 3 months ago.
