I wonder if it is possible to file EA-1A (extraordinary ability) to any center I want ? Though I belong to TSC, it is frustratingly slow, so can I file it to CSC ? According to BCIS regulations, I should file it to TSC, however, what about people living outside USA ? where should they file their EA cases if they want to immigrate to US ? Thanks,
