where to file? Chicago or Texas?

I am concurrently filing I-130, I-485, I-765. I thought I could mail the files to Texas local USCIS center, but their website says they don't handle concurrently filing. So I guess I should file to Chicago, instead? Please give me some advice here. Thanks.

You ought to mail them to the Chicago Lockbox. That is a fact!
