I want to file AC21, and read this following document,
As per this document there is no form to fill, but send a copy of I 485 (in my case a copy of 485 letter indicating my case was transferred to Philadelphia service center)
employment letter, and on envelope write in big letters AC21 Memo.

But where do i send the application, to Philadelphia service center? or some where else.

I am going to file AR11 form, is this sufficient for change of address for 485 or do i have to do some thing more

------------------ AC21 MEMO???? you will write out side the envelope: Request to invoke AC21 with Pending form I-485.

------------------- for AC21 you have to write cover letter to request for invoking AC21. Letter at top should have your Name, DOB, I-485 filing reciept number, your A# +Copy of I-485 filing reciept+new employer same/similar job offer letter. you will send AC21 documents to the service center where your I-485 is Pending at this time. you dont fill any form for AC21.

---------------------------The above is not USCIS AC21 MEMO.

-----------------you need to file form AR11 for your address change and can file online( also take the print out and keep with you). AR11 does not change your address on pending Petitions with USCIS. if you file AR11 then online has option to change your address for pending Petitions with USCIS.
