where to expect the fingerprinting notice?

My 485 is currently pending, and my I-140 was approved late last year, after which i decided to use AC21 and switch employers. My new company is getting ready to file the G-28(change of lawyer) with INS, but if a FP notice is issued before the G-28 is filed, where would the FP notice show up(at my address, or my old lawyer?)

also filed AR-11

In the middle of all this, i also had to move. So i filed AR-11. The 485 etc shows my old address. So will INS use my new address to mail me any correspondence? phew, this stuff is never straight forward :)

AR-11 is required by law but will not help anything in updating USCIS's info. You need to either call 1-800 to update your address on phone, or notify the change through the lawyer.. After the address change in USCIS system, you will get the mail related to 485, 765. Seems AP (131) are still mailed to lawyer, at least in my case.

use PO BOX for address?

is it ok to use a PO box as an address with INS. i am getting tired of moving, and having to keep changing my address for 485.

My lawyer also told me not to update the address with INS over phone. is there a reason behind this?
