Where to complain when employer not sending W2

Hi,
My previous employer is not sending my W2 .

Where can i file a complain about this issue.

If nothing works out what is the alternative

You can call IRS. employers are required to mail W2's before Jan 31st every year.

What will work is a nice letter to employer asking why, after several requests, they are not sending your W2. The trick is to say CC: <local IRS office> at the bottom of the letter.

Works whether or not you actually CC them.

Naturally, you can file a complaint with the IRS too.
