Where to apply for a green card?

I am an Indian citizen married to a US citizen. We were married in the US a month ago. But, currently we are living in Ecuador and I do have a US travel visa. Would you please tell me my green card application options, i.e, if I can apply in the US or Must I apply outside the US? I appreciate any insight into this matter.

If your USC husband has residence in Ecuador, ask him to contant the local US consulate and see if they will accept a DCF from him. If not, he has to setup domicile in the US and then sponsor you for a GC.
