where should the check payable to when renew EAD

Hi,

I am about to renew my EAD, but where should the check payable to? I am in New Jersey and I think the application has to be sent to Chicago. I am using the paper based filing.

Is "USCIS" or "Citizenshio and Immigration Service"?

------ I think your employement based I-485 is pending with VSC,if that is true then you need to send your EAD renewal application to Vermont service center. Fee Check can be paid to USCIS or Department of homeland Security( both are accepted)

Yes, my 485 is pending on Vermont service center. But the top page of !-765 said New Jersey application needs to be sent to Chicago? Please advice!
