A friend of mine received his NL yesterday. But the CN is horrible. 2009AF50xxx and he is based in germany though cameroonian. He is asking for my advise on a number issues. The one i just cannot answer is where best he should ask his interview to be scheduled: Cameroon or Germany? I gathered from this forum once that when in place of current numbers the visa bulletin simply writes CURRENT, like in august 2007, it means everyone can show up for consular interview. If this is the case which U.S embassy/consular service do you think will give him a more prompt processing (and improve his chances) Yaounde or Frankfurt? Please help me to help him.
