Where should I goto get INTERIM EAD?

I LIVE in SanFrancisco & WORK in LOS ANGELES. When I applied for my EAD(Applied at VSC), I gave my SanFrancisco Address. It's close to 90 days that my EAD is still not approved. My Question is:
Do I need to goto INS Center in SanFrancisco ONLY (or) Can I goto the INS Center in Los Angeles also to get the Interim EAD?
 
I applied EAD at VSC
I live in CA
I got my iEAD from Santa Ana office.
I think it does matter ,you can show them your passport instead of driving licence as a Photo ID
Other document they asked me 765 and 485 copy.
The whole process tolk 4 hours.

Do I need to goto SanFranscisco INS Center (as I live in San Francisco) or Can I goto any INS Center in California to get the Interim EAD?
 
You have to goto SanFrancisco unless you changed your address to LA by calling USCIS.

Whether you get at SF or LA you half day is gone.So not take a chance goto SF and have fun and half
