My 140 was approved by TSC and I am going to file the 485 now. On the 140 approval notice, it is said that the Form I-485 should be submitted to *THIS* center (presumably the TSC). However, when I read the instruction for I-485, it says that residents of California should file their I-485 to NSC. I am confused and don't know where I should submit my application. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Submit the application to the center belonging to your current residency (state) from the instructions of the I485 form. Leave the approved I140 alone and just include a copy of it in your application.
