Where should i file for EAD extension

Hi Guys, I got my first EAD approved from NSC in February and i need to file for a extension, and i just had a question. Should i file for EAD extension in NSC or the nearest center which is VSC (I live in New Jersey). Thanks in advance.

---- NSC if your I-485 is pending with NSC, better paper file and dont forget to attach Color copy of your first page of passport and color copy of your driving licence and 2 NEW style photographs

or the nearest center which is VSC (I live in New Jersey). Thanks in advance.
