where should I file a lawsuit for my N-400 delay due to Name Check

Hi :

Where should I file a lawsuit for my N-400 delay case due to name check?

I submitted N-400 and interviewed in Houston. Now I temporally moved to Columbia, MO for a short term project. Can I file a lawsuit in Missouri, or I should go back to Houston and file a lawsuit there. Please help!

Zensea,

You need to file where you reside/your application is pending. So I think you have to file in Houston/TX.
