Where my I-130 will be sent?

I am a green card holder and I am going to file I-130 for my wife. Does anyone know which service center will be sent for my I-130? I heard that it is depends on where you file and your residence. I am living in Florida. How long does it usually take to come to U.S. for my wife?? thanks!!!

The address where it needs to go will be on the I-130 instructions. Immigrant visas for spouses of GC holders take 4 to 5 years for the entire process. How much more time for you to qualify for US citizenship?
