Where is the checklist for all needed documents?

Hi Guys,

I remember seeing some time ago a Word file with a complete cover sheet and check list of all forms and supporting documents needed for making a green card for a spouse...

Also is there any other documents with general information about filing which can be useful? (i.e. how they should all be sorted, do they each need their own check, can I send it with UPS etc... or any general filing tips)

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I remember someone posted sometime earlier some files which had coversheets for all the different forms that were necessary, wondering if anyone remembers where they might be.
