pending since Oct,2000.
Hello everybody,
I sent all my papers back to TSC through my attorney's office. My online status changed that the documents have received and it is taking 999 bla bla...
My attorney told me to wait few weeks before I contact the Senator again. No change.
History: As you guys know TSC lost my file and after almost 40 months sitting on my case want me to send all my I-485 papers again.
JuanKarloz, what is your status.?
My case is pending since Oct,2000.
Cat: EB
I-140 approved 1999
N/D 10,2000

Senator follow up: Aug,2003
Congressman's follow up Aug,2003
No Responses from BCIS
I'll keep you guys posted if I hear anything from BCIS or Senator's office. My frustration is on this total indifference of TSC.

I'm so happy my I-485 was approved on Dec/02 and this morning my passport was stamped,................ I got it.
