Where is Second FP Notice ??

Don't get so agitated. There are many here who do not have answer to this question. You are saying expired 2 months back, I have an example whos FP expired 5 months back. No RFE, NO transfer, No 2nd FP, No approval.
Tried senators's help twice, called INS, Attorney called INS, letter written to INS himself, faxes sent, any other means of communicating tried. You name it, tried. But no response. Just no reply from so called SOB's.

See you next year hopefully with a great news that USCIS is speeding up the process. If not approving the case, atleast having mercy by throwing 2nd FP at us for us to lick it.

I had the same issue as you. My fp expired in Sep and got nothing: no REF, no 2fp notice. I know someone at work who filed I485 3 weeks later than me, got 2nd fp notice before Thanksgiving. Guess what, I got my 2fp notice today. It may just mean your files happen to be on a different pile and the officer hasn't touch it yet. You will get your 2fp soon. Now it is time to enjoy the holidays and take a breather.
