Where is retrogression?.

Very happy to see so many i-140 approvals, but all these approvals leads towards i485 approval? or going to wait untill their prioritydate comes current?. I thought may not be any approvals for quite some time after retrogression, but NSC approving i-140's like anything.
Is Pdate going to help for faster approval .. myne was filed in Jun-2004 (Concur) with pre-approved labor (10-2001), got AP/EAD around in Aug ..No fp and no further LUD change after that..i know myne was too early but looking towards pdate luck .. your comments greatly appreciated .

I-140s are now processed separately from the I-485s even if they are filed concurrently. If you are from India, China or the Philippines and fall in the EB-3 category, your I-485 will not be processed until your priority date becomes current.

I140/I485 filed in july 2004. No FP yet, no fre, but I see lot of folks got FP. My wife who filed in Sep 2004 got FP notice. dont know whats going on.

No need to worry!

No need to worry about FP, if you renew your EAD, by that time probably they will send FP notice and your I-140 gets approved. Hold on for couple of months!
