A friend is looking to transfer H1 and would like to look for a company in a state where labor processing is faster.

* Which states are processing RIR cases now?
* Where is Labor processing faster?
* Which states is it slowest in?

Please Advise.

We have been filing thru delaware and our exp is that in 6 months LC is approved.

Please browse into the time to process labor in the state and fed level in this web page, you then can justify which one is suitable for you. Ensure that you add both state and fed processing time to calculate your total time.
